Privacy

This policy explains what Morpheus 2.0 and this website, quinnstore.co, collect, and why. Morpheus is made by Tyler Quinn ("we", "us"), and we are responsible for the data described here. We collect only what Morpheus needs to work, and we never sell your data.
When you buy
Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, runs the checkout. Paddle collects your payment details and handles them under Paddle's privacy policy. We never see your card number. From Paddle we receive what we need to set up your license: your email address, your country for tax, and the details of your order.
Your account
- Your email address, to sign in and to send you emails about your license, such as setting or resetting your password.
- Your password, stored only as a secure hash. We can't read it.
- Your license, and the computers it is active on: a random id Morpheus creates on each computer, with the computer's name and operating system so you can tell your computers apart on your account page.
When you morph
The Morphing Engine runs on our servers. To build a morph, the panel sends the outlines of the letters you're morphing, along with your settings. It never sends your font files or your After Effects project. Finished results may be kept in a cache so the same morph is faster next time; they hold only letter shapes and settings.
Our servers log each request (the time, your account and your IP address) to keep the service secure, to stop shared licenses and to fix problems. These logs are deleted after 90 days.
On this website
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. It keeps your place on the page in your browser's session storage, so a reload lands where you were; that never leaves your browser. Like every website, our hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages visited) for security. When you open the checkout, Paddle's checkout loads and works under Paddle's privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us or send a bug report, we keep what you send so we can help you. A bug report from the panel holds what you wrote plus technical details, such as the versions of Morpheus, After Effects and your operating system. It never includes the text you're morphing.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run Morpheus for us: Paddle for payments, and our hosting provider for the website, the engine and our email. They handle data only to provide those services. We share data with anyone else only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account data stays as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it, except order records we must keep for accounting and tax. Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email us and we'll take care of it, usually within a few days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to our servers is kept to what's needed to run Morpheus.
Children
Morpheus is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
