Refund Policy

Morpheus 2.0 · 14-day refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying Morpheus 2.0. Refunds are for when Morpheus doesn't work as described, and we couldn't fix it for you.

You get a full refund if

• Morpheus doesn't work as shown on our website, and we can't fix it for you.
• It won't install or open on a supported version of After Effects.

No refund if

• You changed your mind, or didn't end up using it.
• You'd simply prefer a different look for a morph.
• A heavily textured font (chalk, grunge, distressed) doesn't morph speck for speck. Its outline morphs; the texture specks shrink away, as our website explains.
• Your After Effects version or computer isn't in the requirements listed on our website.
• More than 14 days have passed since your purchase.
• The license was shared beyond your two computers.

How to ask

Email us at support@quinnstore.co within 14 days of your purchase with your order email and a short screen recording that shows the problem. We'll try to fix it first. If we can't, you get a full refund.

Refunds are paid by Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method you used. Once refunded, the license stops working.

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
